In her first year in New York, she worked for Gucci in the buying department. Thereafter, she worked as a visual merchandiser for a sports shop and also for a well known Fashion PR company. After a successful development in her career, Adriana returned to Miami to put all her experience to work and unite with her two partners in order to venture in the opening of Madave Fashion & Music Pr as the PR Director of the company.

with the knowledge of five languages, has given a fundamental contribution to the company. Her studies of International Business and Economics at FIU and a year of intensive courses in Marketing and Finance at Universita Comerciale Luigi Bocconi in the city of Milan has made her capable of running the Marketing and Events department for Madave Pr.

In addition, her three years working at Givenchy for the east coast of the USA, as an account executive, has made her a professional with great business skills. After living four years in countries such as Ecuador, Japan, Milan, and the USA, she has learned to become a multicultural and social individual that will definitely be a positive asset for the company.

after thirteen years of working in the fashion and music industry, Elias has been the image of very well recognized campaigns in his country of origin, Colombia, as well as in Mexico, and the USA. He is currently represented by one of the best talent agencies in the US, Wilhelmina Models Talent Agency.

In addition, Elías’ recognized singing career has led him to be represented by the music label “BMG Mexico.” By having such experiences in these two worlds and by adding his theater studies focused on production, singing, and modern jazz, have allowed him to become the Senior Vice President-Creative Director of the company
